Calculation and Analysis of Effective Utilization Coefficients of Farmland Irrigation Water in Guizhou Province

Effective utilization coefficient of farmland irrigation water is an important index for water-saving level evaluation. Tracked calculation effective coefficients as well quantitative and qualitative analyses in terms its scientificity rationality have a guiding role sustainable development irrigation. This paper sets out to calculate the Guizhou Province 2019 evaluate results. More than that, some internal factors influencing are also investigated, relevant proposals put forward, view providing technical support planning scientific distribution.
